Sparck’s Jeremy Smalls receives distinguished supply chain award for his outstanding contributions to employee well-being and customer service
Jeremy Smalls, Sparck Technologies’ service manager in North America, has been selected as an award recipient of Supply & Demand Chain Executive’s prestigious 2024 Pros to Know Award. This year, the award recognizes four distinct categories including Top Procurement Pros, Top Shippers, Rising Stars and Lifetime Achievement. This recognition is for the Lifetime Achievement category.
The Pros to Know Award honors the top 100 outstanding executives whose accomplishments offer a roadmap for other leaders looking to leverage the supply chain for competitive advantage. The Lifetime Achievement category specifically acknowledges company leaders who’ve made outstanding contributions to the supply chain for 10 years or more.

Since Jeremy joined Sparck Technologies in 2021, he has been responsible for leading and managing a 16-person service team, as well as overseeing the opening of SparckAcademy, the new technology center in Marietta, GA. Jeremy and his team provide excellent customer service to more than 40 different customer sites.
As a team leader, Jeremy places great importance on fostering a positive work environment for his employees. He does this, in part, by outsourcing classes on reflective communication and holding internal meetings where teammates can work to build relationships with each other and find solutions to any issues that may arise. “It’s about more than just team building,” explained Jeremy. “I’m trying to help others be good people.”
