Completio, being a leading e-fulfilment service provider in Poland, proudly announces a significant investment in the expansion of its distribution centre in Łódź. In 2022, the company introduced the innovative Automated Packaging System CVP Everest into its routine operations, supplied by the renowned company Sparck Technologies.

CVP Everest is a superfast packaging solution, capable of preparing over 1.100 e-commerce packages per hour. The installed machine is part of Completio’s strategy for a sustainable -commerce.

Established in 2017, Completio is rapidly growing and has become one of the fastest-growing third-party logistics (3PL) service providers in Poland. The company offers a wide range of e-fulfilment services, contract logistics, warehousing, and IT services. Serving 140 online stores and processing over 2 million orders annually, Completio plays an increasingly vital role in the development of many businesses. Despite using advanced robotics, Completio concurrently maintains deeply personalized manual packaging operations, highlighting the company’s diverse approach to serving increasingly demanding customers.

Piotr Piaskowski, president of Completio, emphasizes the importance of investing in fast fit-to-size packaging technology: “Our goal is to support online stores by delivering technologically innovative solutions since we know that logistics requires flexibility, experience, and trust – and the warehouse outsourcing we provide is becoming an increasingly stronger engine for modern e-commerce. Thus, strengthening our company, we have chosen Sparck Technologies’ CVP Everest technology, which offers significant benefits in fulfilling high-quality, cost-effective, sustainable, and, most importantly, ecological orders.”

We are pleased to support Completio in achieving its sustainable development ambitions through our solutions for right-sized packaging.

Robert Kostera, Sparck Technologies Poland

Robert Kostera, of Sparck Technologies in Poland, expressed satisfaction with the successful installation of the CVP Everest, stating: “Completio is committed to sustainable supply chain management. We are pleased to support the company in achieving its sustainable development ambitions through our solutions for right-sized packaging.”

The CVP Everest system seamlessly measures, constructs, seals, weighs, and labels each package. As a result, up to 1.100 orders per hour, both bulk and individual, can leave Completio’s central warehouse in a single process, thanks to robotics alone. This optimized process reduces package volume by up to 50%, decreases cardboard consumption by 30%, while simultaneously eliminating the need to fill empty spaces. Tailoring each package to the size of the individual order not only improves customer experiences, but also significantly reduces semi-trailer volume, leading to cost savings in transportation and a reduction in CO2 emissions.
