Sparck’s Sean Webb earns acclaimed award by leading the pack in diversity, innovation, and technology
Sean Webb, Sparck Technologies’ director of sales and service in North America, has been selected as an award recipient of Supply & Demand Chain Executive’s prestigious 2023 Pros to Know Award. This year’s Pros to Know winners are leading the pack in terms of innovation, enhancement, and providing problem-solving solutions to the supply chain.
The Pros to Know Award honors executives whose accomplishments provide a guiding light for other leaders seeking to leverage the supply chain for a competitive edge. This year’s winners are recognized for their innovation, commitment to safety, sustainability, workforce development, and contributions to the overall improvement of the supply chain. This year over 400 submissions were received. Sean has been a high profile expert for the advancement of fit-to-size packaging in the order fulfillment and supply chain for over five years.
Making the supply chain a better space
In his role at Sparck Technologies, Sean has many responsibilities. Over the last 5 years, he has been charged with growing Sparck’s automated packaging activities in the US. This involves expanding the Sparck sales, service and operational teams, performing sales activities, leading sales operations and directing all services and operations in North America.
In addition, Sean has worked extremely hard to understand the ever evolving logistics and supply chain trends. His many years of experience have allowed him to identify ways to make the supply chain more flexible and resilient through fit-to-size automated packaging. Sean keeps his ear to the ground by maintaining great relationships with his integrators and customers, allowing him to understand where problems and inefficiencies may lie.
