Mechanization is very important for Monta; ultimately, they need to move a package through the halls as efficiently as possible. Monta founder and owner Edwin van der Ham states, “The fact is that your ecological footprint is becoming increasingly important. As a chain, we have a certain responsibility for the future of our grandchildren. The most logical way for us as a logistics company to reduce our footprint is to pack as little air as possible.”

That's why the distribution centers of Monta in Lelystad and Breda have been expanded with a CVP Impack packing machine from Sparck Technologies. The installation of these automated packaging systems makes the packing and shipping of the increasing number of online orders more sustainable and efficient.

The choice for an automated packaging machine from Sparck was very logical for Edwin: “We primarily want to get it right the first time.
