Introducing the order

Operator scans the order

The operator scans the order barcode, places the single or multi-item order of any shape or texture on the input conveyor, pushes the button, and off it goes.

Scanning the right size

3D scanner calculates fit-to-size dimensions

Length, height and width are measured by the 3D scanner on demand to calculate the fit-to-size box for this order.

Corrugate is cut, box is wrapped around order

Corrugate is custom cut, creased, and the box is erected around the order in one seamless process. No WMS data is needed.

Seal the deal

Box is securely sealed

Securely packed for transport and easy to open for the end-customer. Fit for re-purposing for returns. The CVP Impack uses tape and the CVP Everest uses glue to seal the box.

Quality assurance

Box is weighed and labeled

Every box is weighed on the in-line scale, assuring accurate weight measurements optimizing rate shopping. Weight data is sent to your WMS and a carrier-compliant shipping label is applied.
