Sparck Technologies, the automated ‘right-size’ boxing specialist, has purchased its agent in Poland, E.Pack Sp. z o.o., based in Świecie and will continue under the name Sparck Technologies Sp. z o.o. The move follows a successful partnership between the two companies since 2019 and strengthens Sparck’s position in offering advanced packaging solutions and close technical support to ecommerce businesses in Eastern Europe.
Robert Kostera, Board member of E.Pack’ and responsible for Business Development for Poland and will be responsible for growing the business in the region. Integrated within Sparck Technologies, the acquired team of experienced sales and service engineers will have direct access to all of Sparck Technologies’ resources, The Netherlands. New customers will benefit, too, from faster design and implementation programs. Standard Investment, the owner of Sparck Technologies, is pleased with this transaction and strongly believes in further growth in Poland and Eastern Europe. The owner has extensive expertise in seamless acquisitions and has been closely involved to ensure a smooth acquisition process.
Kees Oosting, CEO of Sparck Technologies says: “We’re delighted to welcome the team from E.Pack into our fast expanding business. Over the last five years we have enjoyed a highly successful working relationship with our official partner in the Polish market – a relationship that has seen a growing number of retail and ecommerce businesses adopt our ‘right-size’ boxing technology – well-known brands such as, X-kom, Media Expert-Terg and Completio. It now makes perfect sense to build on this success by making that bond even closer.”
