In order to optimize our service towards users (operators and local technical support) of our APS-systems we want to expand our systems with an on line help feature. The scope of this internship is to identify the functional and technical specification and design and build a working prototype.

Responsibilities

You will have the following responsibilities:

• Investigate FAQ by interviewing service-support colleagues
• Study the online help functions and architecture as in use by our Document Systems
• Create proposal for functions and architecture
• Design, build and test a working prototype

You will be using the following tools and techniques:

• C++
• QT Cross platform development suite (https://www.qt.io/)
• Webservices
• Testing on simulator setup
• Testing on real machine
