The auto-infeed mechanism corrects item orientation, aligning them perfectly with the CVP machines, achieving rapid throughput of up to 1,100 boxes per hour.
TWIN-FEED INDUCTION
Suitable for a wide range of single flat-bottomed boxes, this innovation not only automates the induction process but also operates seamlessly under ‘dark warehouse’ conditions.
The auto infeed system is compatible with both the CVP Impack and CVP Everest machines. A combination with manual operation is also an option. Twin-feed machines allows for automatic infeed to operate alongside manual induction, which is particularly beneficial for processing multiple item orders or irregular and soft products. Utilizing twin-feed machines maximizes the throughput potential of the CVP Everest and CVP Impack systems, achieving rates of up to 1,100 boxes per hour.
