Completio improves packaging performance with the CVP Everest

The CVP Everest system seamlessly measures, constructs, seals, weighs, and labels each package. As a result, up to 1.100 orders per hour, both bulk and individual, can leave Completio’s central warehouse in a single process, thanks to robotics alone. This optimized process reduces package volume by up to 50%, decreases cardboard consumption by 30%, while simultaneously eliminating the need to fill empty spaces. Tailoring each package to the size of the individual order not only improves customer experiences, but also significantly reduces semi-trailer volume, leading to cost savings in transportation and a reduction in CO2 emissions.
